Stephanie’s Wedding Shower
This weekend Carol and I hosted Steph’s first wedding shower. Even with the hot sticky weather and brief storm we managed to make it the best time ever. Steph received a lot of nice presents and after Carol apparently “found” her karaoke machine we had some guest appearances from Rapper JA and also the amazing vocal stylings from Jill Jansen. Carol seemed to enjoy holding the microphone even more than my Dad does. All and all it was “the best time ever” and a party for Steph to remember always. After staying up until 3am, Kathy, Patty & I sat around the next day trying to finish off the rest of the beer, had a pizza delivered and enjoyed chatting until 5pm! I was worn out on Monday but it was a shower well worth it! (the tent is still up if anyone wants to stop over and enjoy the patio!)
