Well like everyone Erin and I have had an interesting last couple of days. Sunday was the day what was left of Ike passed through Cincinnati and with it brought 80 MPH winds. I was at work doing my best to get in to CVG but the wind was having none of it. Shortly after we aborted our landing the tower evacuated and we were forced to go to Lexington for a few hours to let things die down. At home we were with out power for just under two days, and without phone, cable, or Internet till just this afternoon. All and all it sucked.
But not near as much as it sucked for Adam and Sarah. They had a nice big tree fall down on the house. With it came the power lines, and with that came some fire. They managed to keep things under control, and according to Erin are doing better now. But as you can see from the pictures, it has been a long week.
